6864c466f0 feat: store UI, item subpackage move, location/home updates, and tooling 
- Add store consult modal, nearby list, and float salesperson widgets
- Relocate item detail and comps from pages/ to subpages/item
- Refine home page (SpPage, scroll, address refresh) and location handling
- Update i18n, APIs, routing, and shared components across the app
- Remove legacy copy files; add internal docs and F2E workflow templates
- Bump dependencies where applicable
