* disabled hardcoded wizard pages style sheet
* adjusted style sheet
* fixed QMneu issue: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/53991839/qt-5-12-menu-items-with-unwanted-extra-space
* tagged remaining ones as "\fixme hardcoded"
