d118ea402f Ref T232 clear remote aircraft data once network disconnects 
* blackconfig in .pro
* verify function to detect dangling states
* clear remote data when disconnected from network
* there was one problem that the data where not correctly cleaned up and hence new aircraft where not added again after a disconnect/reconnect from network
* it is not yet clear why data happens (dangling data), that is what the debugVerify function is for

8e761f35f1 Ref T197, simulator info 
* CSimulatorInfo only initialized once and not over and over again in plugin info
* getSimulatorInfo() no longer virtual, as we can access the member CSimulatorInfo directly
* display exact simualtor in FSX/P3D driver
* renamed to identifierToSimulator and fixed typo "Identifier"

27f97e8ac8 Implement interpolator mode for FS9 
Summary:
This implementation will always return true if we were setting the mode,
since we cannot easily access the return value from
CInterpolatorMulti::setMode in a thread safe manner.

fb3df51013 Move aircraft matching out of simulator plugins 
All model matching will be done simulator independent in
CContextSimulator. The simulator specific part is kept in the model
set.
This also caused the signal modelMatchingCompleted to be renamed to
aircraftRenderingChanged, since the name wasn't accurate anymore.
Both getInstalledModels(), getInstalledModelsCount() and iconForModel()
were removed from the ISimulator interface.

602beb0da2 Remove obsolete plugin storage 
Plugin storage was used before the value cache existed. With the
value cache this is no longer used and can be removed.
