Klaus Basan	5d819b30f5	Split of CSimulatorPluginInfo and CSimulatorSetup ... refs #404, and discussion https://dev.vatsim-germany.org/issues/404#note-8 * Changed CSimulatorSetup to use CNameVariantPairList as data.
