82679a3010 Replace qmake variable BLACK_CONFIG with a system based on json files. 
The config is loaded from json files by qmake, and we define the qmake
function `swiftConfig` for checking whether a feature is enabled.
This function can be directly used in `buildconfig_gen.cpp.in`,
so the trick with C++ comment tokens in variables is not needed.

08558a0803 Change crashreport url to to backtrace.io 
From now on, all crashreports will be submitted to backtrace.io url. Backtrace.io also requires a different set of annotations.

c591728e88 Aircraft ICAO code of own model is wrong 
Although the reverse lookup of a model is correct, it's aircraft ICAO code is wrong

Issues found

* in the driver the ICAO code is permanently overridden -> commented out
* there are two contexts, own aircraft and simulator, but only one uses reverse lookup -> now both
* using Qt::QueuedConnection for context -> GUI

3c20590293 Allow a forced update of the setup reader 
When the network is down it can happen the bootstrap file request is not yet timed out but we use our own time out.
In that case we check the cached data upfront by faking a failed web read.

060c3ee492 Remove the warning about conflicting X-Plane plugins 
This warning got superseded by the return value from CTraffic::acquireMultiplayerPlanes. All plugins can live side by side as long as nobody else has multiplayer planes acquired. If so, we warn the user directly and tell him the plugin name.

ee8af9f4c6 Filter other pilots ghost aircraft when flying in shared cockpit mode 
When flying in shared cockpit mode, both pilots log into the network.
One as pilot to be visible to ATC and other pilots. The other one as
observer. For the observing user, the pilots aircraft needs to be filtered.
Filter algorithm is using the same schema as vPilot does.
