704068d299 Add methods to receive and write raw FSD messages 
This commit adds methods to register for live FSD message reception. The
amount of traffic can be quite high, therefore no normal signal is used -
which would be available via DBus. Instead one has to connect manually
by passing a functor. This guarantees that we communicate only in-process.
If someone tries to connect on the proxy side, the connection will fail.
This needs to be handled properly in client code.
This commit also adds a method to write the FSD message to a selected file.

a7635a7e13 Force observer mode login only in shipped versions 
The required feature to force observer login in case no simulator
is available, is only necessary in offically shipped versions.
In order to allow developer testing, limit it to shipped builds only.

4994bf12b2 Let airspace monitor store the aircraft parts history 
This commit adds a feature in airspace monitor to store the history
of received aircraft parts. If needed the history can be retrieved
via context methods.

Change MetarSet to MetarList:
CMetarSet was implemented as a collection. This only makes sense for values which have one member variable only or hardly ever change. METARs often change and therefore a collection didn’t make much sense.
Additional profiling showed that a sequence has better algorithmic performance.
