74173a734e refs #768, fixed reverse lookup on login page (model changes in SIM are reflected here) 
* use reverse lookup function
* complete model when web services have read the DB data (before that no reverse lookup is possible)
* use new model changed signature

Remark: Temp adjustement when signal allSwiftDbDataRead is sent. As soon #748 is ready needs to be changed to include airport entities

a30eb18a9c On Windows, warn if a thread was terminated with its QThread still in running state. 
I hope this catches if the data cache serializer is killed in the middle of a save.

f8fc82019d Invert logic of CAtomicFile destructor: 
abandon changes if destruction is due to an exception,
instead of applying changes if destruction is NOT due to an exception.
Because otherwise QFile destructor will apply changes regardless,
by calling the close method via virtual dispatch.
