dfd54e497c [qss] Stylesheet improvements as discussed in Discord for Win 1920x.... 
* Launcher slightly larger to avoid scrollbars
* XPDR mode in status bar a bit higher

* changed signal to trigger reload of stylesheet (only way to update dynamic properties)
* made infobar left aligned (and not spacer aligned), better scaling

e46b7f5494 Make the ATC tool buttons look like push buttons 
For some reason turning them into QPushButton breaks the layout.
This way is a simple way to have tool buttons looking like push buttons.

Overall goal: Make cleare what can be clicked.

* made tool -> push buttons as easier to spot
* reverse lookup of model before login -> always latest DB data

7a75413fc1 Ref T84, fix for better readibility of news / hyperlinks 
* adjust palette to change link color: hardcoded, but no other way per stylesheet
* stylesheet fix to avoid black font in table view (CTRL S)

Remark:
Currently we just display the blog page as news, which is not correctly formatted, but somehow works.
In the future we might use a tailored HTML page for that.

4076722aab Generate fonts.qss dynamically during build 
The static font size and weight looked odd on Mac OS.
QSS does not support different platform specific styles. Hence the platform
scopes had to be added to blackgui.pro and fonts.qss generated during
build process.
