* better case handling in SELCAL
* SELCAL in aircraft
* SELCAL selector, improved getter / setters
* changed cockpit SELCAL elements to promoted GUI element
* synchronized flightplan and cockpit SELCAL codes, used new signal/slot syntacs in flightplan
* added SELCAL in own aircraft context
