varregion: rename 'LegacyRegionLocX' back to 'RegionLocX' and same for Y and Z.
Rename 'RegionWorldLocX' to 'WorldLocX' and same for Y and Z. This keeps the downward compatibility and follows the scheme of 'region' and 'world' location naming that is happening in the Util module.
