fix bullet config for mac osx, this does nothing on dotnet6. TODO, for now libs ofr each platform may need to be copied out of lib64 to bin by hand, with possible rename, so loader finds them

First commit where physics work as region module.
Moved all physics dlls out of Physics and into bin directly, so they can be found by the module loader.
Removed call to PhysicsPluginManager.
