6c3b7617b0 Add lsClearWindlightScene() to the lightshare module to remove WL settings

0db1ed0b5a * Added ISimulationDataService and IEstateDataService 
* Removed StorageManager
* CONFIG CHANGE: There are no more database settings in OpenSim.ini. Check the config-include configuration files for region store and estate store database settings
