Justin Clark-Casey (justincc) 377fe63c60 Don't try and send group updates to NPCs via event queue, since NPCs have no event queue.

I think there is an argument for sending this information to NPCs anyway since in some cases it appears a lot easier to write server-side bots by hooking into such internal events.
However, would need to stop event messages building up on NPC queues if they are never retrieved.

EDIT BEAMS!!! They had been missing from OpenSim since ever. Thanks to lkalif for telling me how to route the information. The viewer effect is under the distance filter, so only avatars with cameras < 10m away see the beams.

Get "save oar" and "save iar" to tell you in a more friendly manner if the filename to save already exists, rather than exception throwing.

The modules in this part of the OpenSim source tree are candidates for
forge. For the time being, until we have reached consensus on

    (a) what should be core or optional
    (b) that we have reached a stable API
    (c) how to maintain optional modules

we will keep these modules in-tree.
