UbitUmarov 3707301c59 changes to load oar with --merge: with option --mergeReplaceObjects it will replace objects already in region, without it, skip; with opetion merge-parcels will try to merge them, without it ignores oar parcels. as before without --merge all is replaced. renamed the options force* as merge* since they are merge suboptions
