- 根 pom 继承 SB parent，集中所有版本属性与 maven-compiler-plugin 配置
- 6 个一级模块改为继承根 pom，删除重复的 properties 与 compiler 声明
- 清理冗余 wxjava/alipay 属性（daxpay-payment/daxpay-plugin/capability-wechat）
- mapstruct.version 声明处 6→1，maven-compiler-plugin 声明处 7→1，java.version 声明处 7→1
