* getStatisticsSimulatorSpecific for simulator specific traces/logs
* trace CSimulatorFsxCommon::SimConnectProc times
* trace which receive id is handled in SimConnectProc
* allow to limit aircraft updates (max FPS)
* handle airport updates outside SimConnectProc
