Klaus Basan e5eb5bc972 Added new servers in the settings. 
Europe C2 is now retired, I have added new severs for testing purposes.
C2 will be kept as test case for failing connects.

Remarks: Is will be saved in the settings in the future.
But we have no persistence for objects yet.
