Justin Clark-Casey (justincc) 3f2a727b6d Remove recent IRegionCombinerModule.IsMegaregion(). In theory, there can be more than one megaregion in a simulator, separated by water. 
Rename IsRootRegion() to IsRootForMegaregion()
