UbitUmarov 7494d7726a change math on GetParcelMaxPrimCount and GetSimulatorMaxPrimCount to reduce round errors, limit both to region max prims. consider ObjectBonus on last one also. Change a variable name in PrimLimitsModule to make it more clear
